Old Grove of the Redwoods
17599 Fitzpatrick Lane, Occidental CA, 95465 LandPaths' beautiful Grove of Old Trees is open for walking and picnicking any day of the year. In fact, the Grove is the only privately-owned preserve in Sonoma County that is publicly accessible and free to all. Enjoy the beauty and grandeur of these 33 acres of old growth redwoods on easy trails, some suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Daily dawn to dusk. |

Housed in a newly remodeled performing venue with superb acoustics and an adjacent exhibition gallery, OCA works to enrich the lives of local residents through diverse cultural performances, exhibitions, events and classes that inspire, educate and entertain. |

Occidental Arts & Ecology Center
Garden Volunteer Day Wednesdays 10am-4:30pm Walk-ins are always welcome – just show up! AND we kindly encourage you to RSVP by clicking here (especially for groups of 4 or more – this helps us plan for lunch). Come for part or all of the day – we are happy to have your helping hands for as long as you can participate. We serve a homemade garden-based vegetarian lunch for those who come to volunteer for at least 3 hours. We will take a break at 12:30 to eat. |

The Occidental Community Council meets on the third Saturday at 10:30am each month at the Community Center. Come help us plan our annual fundraiser and spend the proceeds on worthy projects.
The OCA - Occidental Center for the Arts is a fantastic non-profit resource.
